Maintenance and upkeep of a turbine agitator with four conical blades
1. Regularly check whether the transmission components and sealing conditions are normal, and if any abnormalities are found, they should be dealt with in a timely manner.
2. When loading and unloading the mixer, first check whether the anti loosening nut on the main shaft is secure, and at the same time, place a soft pad under the mixer to directly touch it. Then remove the coupling, seal it, and finally remove it.
3. Regularly add lubricating fluid to transmission components and discharge valve screw rods to ensure their good operation.
4. The mixer should be kept clean, as dirt and iron oxide in the jacket can affect heat transfer efficiency. It should be cleaned once a month.
5. If descaling agent is used inside the jacket, it should be completed in a short period of time, and then the jacket should be repeatedly rinsed with clean water
